This was the first studio release from the group and also the first studio release of Godchild Productions. It was desigend to showcase the new sound of the group. With the well received release of "Live In Syracuse" the group made a point to get out a follow up project as soon as possible. By this time Walter Nelson had joined the group and it gave the group the abilty to try different arrangements as well as the opportunity to give the members "songs off" during live performances. The project was a success for them. It opened many doors in different areas as well as presenting the highly popular songs "Love Lifted Me", "Fly Away" and the title cut "I Can't Make This Journey By Myself".
